Personnel shifts have occurred in law-enforcement bodies of several regions of Russia. The decree about it was the day before signed by the president of the country Dmitry Medvedev.

Cогласно to the decree, are dismissed the lieutenant general of militia of Antonov Alexey Alekseevich — the chief of Central administrative board of internal affairs across the Irkutsk region; the colonel of militia of ShCherbakov Victor Pavlovich — the deputy chief of Central administrative board of internal affairs across Krasnodar territory.
Also colonel Oleg Agarkov is appointed by the deputy chief of the Municipal Department of Internal Affairs across Krasnodar territory — the chief of militia of public safety, and colonel Vladislav Belotserkovsky — the chief of the Department of Internal Affairs across the Sakhalin region.
Major generals Alexey Lapin, Vladimir Morozov and Andrey Sergeev are released from posts and appointed, accordingly, by the chief of the Municipal Department of Internal Affairs across the Rostov region, the chief of the Department of Internal Affairs across the Smolensk region and the chief of the Department of Internal Affairs across Khabarovsk territory.
