Bills on reforming of Federal Agency of execution of punishments are prepared

In the near future the Ministry of Justice will present to the president of Russia of 7 bills on reforming FSIN.
FSIN suggests to make changes in article of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation which defines an order and the bases of election of a preventive punishment in the form of arrest.
In investigatory insulators about 40% of the small for crimes small and average weight. According to management FSIN, to all such criminals the similar preventive punishment is unessential.
Besides it offers on change of sanctions under transfer article in separate structure of a crime from a category of average weight in the heavy will be sounded: that is alignment and forming of similar crimes in one system is planned.
Also the bill and of a new kind of the punishments which have been not connected with imprisonment is almost ready, are a forced hard labour.
